Companies, not coins

Every shareholder is on the payroll.

File a company and it charges 4% revenue on every trade of its shares. Three of those four points are wages, paid automatically to everyone holding, every sixty seconds. No staking. No claiming. A company pays what it earns.

How it works

Hold, and you are hired

Holding shares is employment. Nothing to stake, nothing to lock, nothing to claim. Selling is the only way to resign.

Weight, not headcount

Wages divide by shares × seniority × attendance. Seniority runs 1× to 4× over three quarters and cannot be bought — only served.

The treasury cannot be drained

Each period pays a percentage of what remains, halving quarterly to a 0.50% floor. It converges; it never empties.

3% wages, 1% buyback

Revenue splits the moment it lands. The buyback buys $INC and retires it, and can never reach into wages already earned.

Paid in what it trades in

A company denominated in a stablecoin earns and pays in that stablecoin. Any currency the registry approves works.

Books you can audit

Every cheque is recorded against company, period and employee — which is what makes paying a period twice impossible rather than merely unlikely.

File a company

Connect a wallet, fill in the details, sign the filing.

Choose a name, ticker, logo, socials and share currency, then sign the filing from your own wallet. The registry never sees your key — it only reserves the treasury address that gets written into the company, which is immutable once filed.
